How do I get my car unstuck out of 4 hi I have a
2000 Ford Explorer it is stuck in 4 wheel High Drive
can anyone help please

If it's an automatic and push button system, you can try pushing the button and backing up. I have a 1991 and mine did the same thing. I backed up about 1/2 a block, and it kicked it out of 4 WD
