my 2000 ford explorer has about 300,000 miles and you can drive it for about 10 minutes and when it warms up there is no drive, reverse, 1st, 2nd or 4 wheel drive. Its like its in neutral. When it cools down you can drive a little again What could be the problem?

It sounds like the solenoid pack is going bad inside the transmission, but the only correct way to find out is take it to a good transmission shop, one that has the equipment to check computer controlled transmissions.
