2005 Tuscon has trouble starting only after filling with gasoline?

Sounds like the purge valve for the EVAP system is stuck open. When this happens gasoline fumes and in some cases raw gasoline gets forced into the engine. This floods the engine and makes it hard to start after filling up. HTH. -Jim
