how do I get the timing right on a Hyundai Elantra 2005

I put the timing belt on I marked it. I
rotated the crankshaft twice around and
my marks do not line up. what do I do?

You have to take the belt off and realign all the timing marks

do you repeat this until the marks line up lineup after you turn the crankshaft twice.?

They shouldn't change, something must've been off or the tensioner wasn't set right
