I change all the Engine mounts before court feel like it's choking like something is restricting somewhere

Asked by May 16, 2017 at 12:32 PM about the 2006 Hyundai Sonata GLS FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I change all the engine mounts that was the first thing I did this or movement
on the engine but that didn't help when you put the car in gear saw it feels
like what the engine is choking and I just want to shut off and it's knocking
really loud only when you put it in drive or reverse

Transmission issue,

That's where I'm at right now I'm thinking it's a transmission problem what is nothing in the computer reading for the transmission and I don't want to make the call and put a transmission in only to find out that I have the same issue so that's why I'm trying to ask around to see if anyone else had that issue before

Again like I said only when you put the car in drive or reverse it make this noise and feels like you want to shut off or sometimes it even shut off
