I have a 1990 honda prelude si automatic I recently bent the exhaust so I took it off so I have open headers and the idle lopes only in park it doesn't make sense to me and do you have to run an egr

You removed the cats and muffler? If so , you don't have enough backpressure and with no 02 Sensors, it will run terrible. Yes on the EGR unless you tune the car to run without.

What has to be done to tune it to run without egr and I notice it runs hotter then normal
