1990 honda civic when i turn ignition there not
dash light no nothin only 1 fuse has power one the
box inside the car I've changed all The fuses still
nothin under good fuse box all had power. Head
lights work horn and haxerdd work

Can someone help me please I have a 2005 Chrysler cross fire I was driving in a rain storm when I hit a huge puddle of water and my car stalled and all that will do now 5 days later is make claiming sound when I turn the key
