1990 honda accord lx reolaced dizzy timing still off

I have a 1990 Honda accord Lx I replaced
the dizzy and then checked timing the car
was advanced 15 Deg...i retarded the dizzy
all the way still timing showed 6 deg  
advanced still  can ran but later in day it
barely runs and won't go up hills no power
and back fires and just all around sounds
like shiz

You need to unplug the electronic advance before setting the ignition timing. Not sure exactly how to do that on your specific vehicle. But a repair manual should tell you how. HTH. -Jim
