my 1991 Honda Civic DX Starts when it wants too.
I have replaced the starter thinking it was a bad starter but that did not fix the issue. I turn the key and it does not crank or anything. Sometimes it will start right up sometimes it will after a few times. sometimes it just does not at all, Luckily it is a manual tranny so I can pop the clutch with no issues. Anyone got any ideas or dealt with this issue before? I just re[placed the starter, distributor, rotor, wires plugs, oil, and ignition lock cylinder.
Did you replace the ignition control module under dash?
No just the Lock cylinder
All so check your safety swicth on break pedal.May be bad.
