Lights working but No crank

Car dash lights and radio Come on but it won't
crank up nothing g no noise at all

Have Battery load tested and check all fuses under dash ans CPU and circuit breakers under hood.

Check all your battery terminals to frame and engine block to frame.

Starter could be the problem, replace if it fails to work.

Check for Corrosion around battery post, clean connectors post and battery post.

When checking the battery terminals I also mean check all the terminal wires & ground wires if loose or shorting out and/or corrosion.
