How is the rest of your system, have you had it checked out recently, pressurized, enough refrigerant?

Not sure about your particular model, but, some vehicles require the actuator be installed in a particular way because their travel is limited. You should be able to hear the door moving when it is switched from hot to cold. You should also be able to feel the air pressure changing from the middle vent on the dash. When on "hot" is the air hot like it suppose to be? If not the door is not traveling completely.
