Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got a 2013 A4 Last May2018. I received a
recall notice in the mail for the coolant pump
on the car June2018. I was calling the dealer
to schedule an appointment, receptionist
inform me that they didn’t have the part in
stock at the moment. She also told me the
dealer will reach out by phone or email when
the part is in stock. That was a lie it’s
September 2019, which Audi just now
changing that part on my car August 2019 2
weeks ago with a oil change. Since I had the
car I have not had a problem until 2 weeks
ago when I let Audi Henderson do the oil
change & Coolant pump my engine just went
out 8 days after the service department did
the repairs. I got my car towed to Audi so
they can do a Diagnose On Sept 3rd which
was Tuesday. On Thursday Morning Sept 5th
Mr.Dawan from the service department called
& said my engine went on my car . I’m
confused on how my car go from having
nothing wrong with the engine & letting your
service department change my oil & coolant
pump to my engine blinking & car shaking
like crazy a week after Audi Henderson
touched my car. I asked if it was possible that
someone can help me get into a cheaper car
sense my engine went & I don’t have the
10,000 to pay for a new engine. The sales
man Izzy told me no & they can only give me
$500 for my car. It’s crazy because I give
them my 2006 A4 before I got this 2013 A4 &
Audi Henwon’t even help me get into
something else.This is
not ok at all!
