Bad Plugs, Bad Wire(s), or Distributor cap

Bad coils, wires, plugs, relay or fuse. POI, turning over and cranking are the same thing, meaning the engine rotates or spins from the starter when the key is turned to the start position. Catch or fires up is when it actually starts after cranking or turning over. You need Power fuel and spark for ignition, and you seem to have fuel, but are not getting power to the spark plugs so you have a power interruption to them. Any of the things mentioned above could cause your problem, but more than likely it is not the wires or plugs if you are not getting a spark at each one. Most likely a bad coil(s) or burnt out fuse or even a disconnected wire someplace. Keep us posted.
