Is it just the blinkers, or are all the bulbs out? If they are multi function bulbs that stay on as lights and have a second filament that does the blinking and also light up as brake lights, the flasher unit up under the dashboard could have died and needs replacing.

Man you just need Turn Signal Flasher and you can get it at any auto store or NAPA auto parts, that thing is located under your instrument panel, pull it out its have three prone connector, plug new in,you ready to go.YouTube have video how to do so,just check it out.Happy new year!
