One of my tires won't hold air in it for more than 3-4 hours. At the shop, no leaks &say the rim needs to be replaced. Where's best place to get a rim?

Try local salvage yards, local used tire shops, craigslist, really depends on the rim. It's getting harder to find old steel rims versus aluminum rims. Ask the shop that checked your tires, they may have some leads.

Just go to Discount and get some slick new alloys and new tires- you will be cooler and safer-

There has to be a leak. Is the shop trying to sell you a new wheel? Is the rim physically damaged? Try another shop. Or get a squeeze bottle of water mixed with dish soap and check the tire yourself. Take the wheel/tire off and squeeze the soapy water slowly over the entire tire. Also around the bead on both sides. And around and in the valve. Bubbles will reveal where the slow leak is.

Did all the tests and it's the rim (slightly damaged). Any good national/franchise places that do rim repairs, that y'all would recommend on quality and price?
