Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My tire blew out the other day, and soon after my car would no longer start. I replaced the battery. It now has power, but when I put the keys in the ignition I hear a clicking noise and the lights on the dash flash manically.

Sounds like a dirty or bad battery cable if the battery is new. Recheck the terminals, they should be shiny clean, none of that black corrosion.

That is a low voltage problem, still could be dirty terminals or even a bad battery cable, you may have to run a voltage drop test on the cables.
