My Honda Acccord LX will not start. It clicks and the lights on the dash flicker.

My tire blew out the other day, and soon after my car would no longer start. I replaced the battery. It now has power, but when I put the keys in the ignition I hear a clicking noise and the lights on the dash flash manically.

Sounds like a dirty or bad battery cable if the battery is new. Recheck the terminals, they should be shiny clean, none of that black corrosion.

That is a low voltage problem, still could be dirty terminals or even a bad battery cable, you may have to run a voltage drop test on the cables.
