1996 honda accord 5spd manual-clutch plate stuck?

car was sitting for many months.  first try, shifter would not move but clutch pedal went in
and out-fluid full.  second try months later, pedal dropped to mat-no pressure-fluid full

The pedal dropping to the mat sounds like a master cylinder failure. Try pumping the pedal a few times.

have someone pump the pedal while you work the bleeder valve---bleed the air out~
