Location of the P5M ECU on a 97 Prelude non SH

Where exactly would the ECU be located on a 97 Prelude non SH? I was thinking about getting a Venom 400 module, and I think that it piggybacks the ECU. If I'm not correct, please someone correct me.

I believe this is normally located in the dashboard, often behind the glovebox, or else in the engine compartment. Look for where all of the wires are running TO and you should find it. :)
