Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Today on my way home from work my car
started overheating there's no water leaking
anywhere the heater blows hot why would it
be overheating

A dirty radiator is one possibility. A bad thermostat, non functioning cooling fan or water pump can also cause over heating. I would first check the coolant level when the engine is cool. You probably should do an engine flush and coolant change and replace the radiator hoses too.

Coolant level is good and fan is coming on that's why I don't understand why it's overheating

A 16 year old car may have a very dirty radiator if it has not been maintained properly.
