car will crank but will not start. has fuel pressure but no spark

car belongs to a friend he said he stopped at a store and when he went back to the car it would not start. there is no spark, spark plugs are fine, fuel pressure is fine. He needs his car back. Is this a computer problem or does the coil pack need to be changed.

could be coils pack(s) are bad. Does it turn over at all?

If you have both fuel and spark the car with at least try and start.

You are enter not getting spark or fuel then. If no spark then start with coil pack(s).

I’m having the same problem my next step will be crank sensor

It could be the timing belt. That happened to my husband's 2000 focus. Wethought it was the cool pack to arms after replacing it, still wouldn't start. Everything turned but the engine would not start. The way it was figured out prior to repair is someone removed the oil cap and shined a light into the block to see if it was spinning. It wasn't so that meant the belt wasn't moving. Thankfully no damage to the engine block as I was going 65mph when it snapped.
