I have a 98 Honda passport that when you give it a little gas to go it sounds like a tin can for the exhaust? There was a new muffler on it and took it off and i put a older flow master muffler on it. Well its still sounds the same any idea's?

Catalyst shields rattling, catalysts themselves rattling internally.

Ok I checked and I don't have any cat's on there, but I do have some heat shields up closer to the motor and I checked them they are a little lose but I really have to push on them to move them. And I have to give it about half on the pedal then it will start making that noise I can get up to speed or drive slower and then it sounds normal, Any other idea's that would be great Thanks for your guys help.
