Need to burp it, by having the front end of the car elevated somewhat, have the radiator cap off and run the vehicle until the thermostat opens up, have the heater set at hot, this allows the coolant to circulate threw the heater core, add coolant as necessary until full as the engine is running. Put the radiator cap back on while the engine is running before turning it off.

I think in your case it would be the reservoir cap.
