Hi i have honda accord 98 model and just below
the radiator cap, the radiator head material have
minor cracks and leaking water. Is it something to
be extremely worried about or change that part and
all will be fixed

So your saying the side or top of the radiator has separated and leaking, yes, replace the radiator. I use this site for parts, www.rockauto.com

Or take it to a radiator repair shop, they can put new tanks on, but like Tom suggests, you can get a new radiator very reasonable from rockauto.
