I think its the timing problem.Just ask the mechanic to tune the timing.Have you not serviced your car for sometime?this are usually the signs.Hope it helped you

possible engine mount /transmission mount broken. have the car checked and while it's up on the lift get the mechanic to inspect the subframe mounts as well.
