Why does my car shut off while driving?

I have replaced all the belts,waterpump, oxygen
sensors,catalytic coverter,exhaust
manifold,ignition coils,spark plugs,valcover gasket,
oil pan gasket,back wheel cylinders,transmission
fluid changed,radiator fluid and a new battery, and
main relay switch .the car has shut off on me 8
times this week

You need to find out if it is spark or fuel related, next time it does it spray some starter fluid in the intake and see if it fires up briefly, if it does then it is fuel related, if not then it is spark. I have seen a lot of these have ignition module failures that act just like this, runs till it gets hot shuts down until it cools off some then it fires up and runs till it get hot again, the problem is it is usually cheaper to replace the entire distributor than just the module. Your part supplier can tell you more.
