I would actually be careful when buying that car. an 11 year old car with that low mileage might need to have a lot of things replaced. The old saying goes the worst thing for a car is not driving it. When you only use the car for 300 miles a year you aren't going to have things properly lubricated, some parts might seize up. Most people think super low mileage is good but only to a certain extent.
