replaced ac pump and all new parts still won't work? Help ?

did you refill system with proper refrigerant??

yeah, used a pound then fixed and used a pound and a half still no cold air? know anything about the low pressure switch or hood fuse 56 and dash fuse 17? pump and fan comes on ?
