Honda 2000 civic ex replaced pumped compressor all new parts still won't work?
make sure your battery is newer than seven years old, make sure the black ground cable that goes to the chassis has a shiny, rust/corrosion free spot to bolt to, be sure the lug has clean surfaces too, and the battery should be gardenhosed free of corrosion and the positive terminal and the little red wire too what comes from the alternator and goes to the battery too~
After the battery and all connections are solid, go to the on switch and pull the connector to it...use your multimeter to see which wires are getting the voltage, check ohmage on the switch itself and connection to ground (which it should not have)~
Hope you're still not trying to make it run with the initial battery, quite surprised the alternator hasn't cooked itself trying to charge up this ancient battery~
