2004 Ford Freestar heater only heating when moving

the heater works great when I am driving but, When I stop at alight it quickly  changes to cold air the longer I sit still the colder it gets. When I start moving again it gets hot again. Any help please.

Check anti freeze level to make sure it it not low.
