im really lost ok my 2001 Taurus is leaking coolant when the car is off and stops after about 15 to 10 mins. before this i have changed the thermostat, heater core, radiator, radiators top hose. so please help i have never dealt will this problem and my dad doesnt know either.

it is leaking from were the radiator and the top hose met
