how do i fix my headlight problem on my 2001 ford taurus wagon

When I turn on the headlight the driver side turn on, but the passenger side is dime

Check the headlight ground and the connector, if you loose the ground it will try to ground through the high beam circuit and can cause a feedback through the lighting system.

Sounds like the passenger side lamp doesn't have a good ground...I check that or your switch
