Did you get any help with this problem? I am having it too. My automatic sliding door on the left side will almost close, but then stop and open back up. A Honda dealer has already replaced the "left male assembly", but that did not fix the problem.

Most electric sliding door issues are from debris in the door tracks, door out of adjustment, worn hinges/slides or rollers on the affected door. Lube all rollers, slides and hinges and see if that helps or check for excessive drop or lift of the door when it latches and adjust as needed.

Did you figure out the problem and how to fix it???
