brake rotor replacement
i took my brake rotors off last night and they were all scored i need to know the min. thickness and if the hub assembly will come out by regular means
If in doubt just buy new rotors. But to answer your question the minimum machine spec is 25.05mm/0.986" and must be discarded at 24.45mm/0.963" And I don't know what regular means is. Never done a van myself here is a chart
http://www.motorcraftservice.com/vdirs/vehicles/diesel/schematics/brake_specs_job_aid.pdf Don't worry about the word 'diesel' being in the link. Just means it is a chart for both
by regular i mean without a shop press
http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1265811-howto-replace-front-rotors-on-a-1999-e-250-2-wheel-abs.html will go full screen
I don't know what mileage you have on that van crumbob but while you're in there personally I would put new wheel bearings on. Not all that expensive, and no extra work
i am going to do a full around suspention job it has 155K on it
