Every time I turn my car cuts out like its not getting enough fuel I changed out the pump and screen and primed it drove it but then when I go to turn it cuts out any info on this.

Check to see if your car has a power steering pressure switch, it might not be operating as it should, the other thing to check for as it happens during turns is a loose main power or ground connection or mount, this can be very time consuming as there are a lot of places that you will need to check.
