I have replaced my fuel relay, pump, and filter and the pump still take 10 minutes to engage I have checked all the fuses what is going on with my civic I need some help please

I would check to see if power is getting to the pump immediately upon turning the key. can you hear the pump when it kicks on? are you saying tht if you turn the ignition switch to the on position, it takes 10 minutes for the pump to kick on?

Yeah it takes about 10 minutes to come on after that it works fine. But I can't find any problems as far as bad connections such as the ground wire.
