My 2016 Dodge charger sxt just stopped on
me its leaking gas & will not start/turn over
what could be the problem

Since it is leaking fuel, one of your fuel hoses probably has cracked or split/came loose. Of course the car will not start, because it has no fuel pressure. With gasoline around, you don't want the car to start, might cause a fire. Call roadside assistance and have the car towed to your Dodge dealership where they will fix/repair your car under warranty.
