2004 honda accord 2.4 no compression

I have a 2004 Honda Accord 2.4. Had a blown head gasket. Changed head gasket and had head reworked. Put all back together and have triple checked timing marks. All are in the correct positions and still no compression. What am I missing?

What does no compression mean? Check the compression in each cylinder. Did the original issue have you leaking fluids? Was there noticable loss of power? Did you check the block to make certain it was not warped or had cracks in it?
