What is the fix, will the instrument cluster replace make all these lights start lighting up or will that just fix the speedometer, tach, and gas, temp gauges, how about the gear shift radio, and ac temp control knobs, all red needles work and dimmer makes the red needles go bright and dark

Before you change anything I would recommend you read the codes from the auto and see where that leads you. Replacing the dash and not knowing why the problem happened is not a good move.
