It could if you have a dead cell. Charge the battery and then have it load tested. If it fails the load test go to your local Honda Dealer and ask about the warranty. I'm assuming the battery is original to the vehicle. Most original batteries are warranted for 3 years from the date the vehicle was first placed into service. You'll have to pay a portion of the new battery. That's called "prorating". But it'll be cheaper than paying for the whole thing. Good luck! HTH. - Jim
