New Jeep 2016 Cherokee engine failure
My brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee 4WD stalled
right in front of the dealership as I was accelerating
to cross traffic. They got it into service and
"tweaked" it. It died again a mile and a half from the
dealership. I'm getting the runaround at the
dealership, they have me driving a 2007 Jeep GC
(this was an upgrade from the 2priors they stuck me
in) I haven't received a requested callback yet from
Chrysler, and I attempt to email, I'm redirected and
all of my information disappears from the screen. I
had the Jeep in my possession less than 9 days.
Does anyone have any information or suggestions?
Call the regional manager and if that doesn't work, go to corporate. They should sort it out being brand new. They have 3 try before you can use the "Lemon Law".
