I drove through a puddle, now my truck runs like crap. What could be the issue?

My truck wont drive past 60mph. When i hit 3,000 rpm my truck shakes. There doesn't
seem to be any leaks

How deep was the puddle? You probably got water and moisture in and around your ignition parts causing some misfires. Check the oil to see that water didn't get into the engine, if the puddle was very deep. Dry the car out and see if the issues go away.
