What's wrong with my car?

My car abs light keeps coming on my battery light is always
on,  my car makes this weird sound and shakes and starts to
die.  I had the battery cheeked and it was fine. When the abs
light comes on all my lights in my car dim and flicker.

Almost sounds light a problem with the charging system

They told me the battery was charged

If the battery is fine, I suspect it's the alternator that is the problem and or the wiring. Have it checked out before replacing parts.
