normally under the carpet, under the dash on the passenger side near the kick panel.

Yep Andrew, I am not saying you are wrong, I have never seen you post ANYTHING wrong, I just found this also....under the glove box, follow the wires coming through the boot on the firewall. it's mounted vertically under the lower passenger side dash
