My car doesnt get up and go like it used to when i floor board
it. It starts cutting out and doesnt go. It's also cut out so bad
at red lights and try to take off normally, it actually stalled so
bad and stopped so i had to start it again and keep going and
then for the most part it was fine. Does anyone know what it
is?

Sounds like possible fuel delivery issue or vacuum leak.

Then they don't know how to diagnose a vehicle if they need to rely on just a scanner, they need to go back to the basics of automotive diagnostics.

When is the last time the fuel filter was replaced? Could be the camshaft position sensor also, they (along with crankshaft sensors) don't always throw a code for some reason

I believe it’s the Mass Air Flow Sensor

Makes no sense : but change the Transmission Thermostat , located in the coolant line. I was having the exact same issue with loss of power - once it was changed, car run as normal. My Trans thermostat was replaced because it had a leak, forming a green/blue crust on it. No idea it would fix the loss of power issue.
