Why won’t my car start

Hi all
My Sentra has been having some issues lately
and it would make this really loud knocking
noise that would get a louder as I accelerated.
Today as I was driving my car made this pop
noise and the car just shut off and won’t start
at all anymore. Any help is very much
appreciated, I know close to nothing about
cars except how to change a tire!

The knocking was a Rod bearing the finally broke Which means your car has no compression which will not allowed to start
