My 2001 ford expedition 4x4wont start'

My expedition won't start I
replaced the ignition switch still
nothing at the key end but at the
starter silanoid  on the fire wall
the motor turns over with a screw
driver but still won't start plus non
of the dials (speed & tach )don't
work

Note the diagram, part of starter wiring diagram, click on diagram to enlarge. See that 15 amp fuse, not only check the fuse, use a test light to check for voltage at the fuse, goes hot with key in the crank position, have helper turn the key to crank while you check for voltage. If no voltage, have to check feed to and from ignition switch. If fuse is hot, from the fuse the voltage goes through transmission range sensor. See the A at bottom of diagram, that goes to smaller terminal at starter relay/solenoid. good luck
