Sure can. You'll want to stop by the Federal Reserve on the way to the dealership however and make a small withdrawal to cover the expense. One or two trillion should cover it.

Yep, but KenF is right it won't be cheap.

another option is a really good locksmith, there are a few out there than have the equipment to cut and reset the older systems to match the new keys, again if you do find one it will still be expensive but a little cheaper than a dealer.

No, your key codes are no longer current. GM only keeps key codes active for 15 model years. So right now that's 2001 and forward. You'll have to visit a locksmith for duplicates. HTH. -Jim
