my TBI does not have an  inbored  
adjustment screw. do you still use the same
procedure . paperclip AB  UN plug    IAC

Try checking for vacuum leaks before you go jamming paperclips into stuff

The AB paperclip procedure is for pulling trouble codes on OBD I GM vehicles (pre-1996). On my '93 Caprice you had to measure the pintle length of the old IAC then, by hand, adjust the length of the pintle on the new IAC to match. From there the ECM (computer) takes over. HTH. - Jim
