2001 Ford Expedition is throwing cool to warm air unable to have hot heat or defrost. I have replaced thermostat, water pump, what should I do now?

Feel both hoses going to the heater core in the dash. Are both hoses hot? Or is one hot and the other cold? If both hoses are hot you probably have a damper/mode door motor bad under the dash. If one hose is hot and the other is cold you probably have a stopped up heater core. Also did you get all the air out of the cooling system after replacing the parts? If not an air pocket in the cooling system can cause a no heat issue.
If these are things are ok that dandy described the fins on the water pump may have deteriorated and not circulating enough to have heat. The vehicle will not over heat just have luke warm air inside vehicle.

Dandyoun the air pockets was removed. Will check the hoses, thank you
Water pump will need replaced if the fins inside it are gone.
No problem but check what dandy said first and let us know.
