Electrical shut down

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got power everywhere until I try to start it and turn
the key over it that's the whole truck down
electrically... it's a new battery and I got clean
cables and connection what am I looking at?

    Were trying to figure out why the windows,dome lights n wipers won't work,besides the fact that we have to start the truck in neutral n the anti theft light is on too any suggestions.

    shuts down electrically while driving or even when not driving and sitting listening to radio. in time will restart. acts as if something needs to cool down before allow to restart
